Okay... I've read the rest of the thread chain.. Let me explain...

First off, I'ma father of 2 boys and I LOVE the coming of age and child raising angle. I love it.

However, the actual voice acting...not the plot or the situation... seemed amateur-ish to me.

I'm at work so I'll try to remember the parts...

I felt like when they were doing to voice acting, the two actors felt like they were saying the lines which happened to be patched together...rather than actually feeding off each other's dialogue.

I'm being picky ONLY because the cinematic quality is at a level where my criticism is actually a testament to our amazing the overall product looks.

I wouldn't be nit-picking about the acting during Plants v Zombies, if you get what I mean.

Maybe you were expecting Kratos to sacrifice the lil nikka to the Gods, but in my view it went well for what was shown.

I can't really judge too much on it because it isn't complete.
I'll leave my true judgement when it drops.

This game might make me purchase a PS4 after I cop the Xbox One S.

But that voice acting between Kratos and hisnson was fukking cringe worthy.

Thensonnliterally showed nonreal emotion, even when having to mark his first kill.

The game looks amazing though.

Get a PS4. Uncharted 4 and Bloodbourne are must plays.

Thing is, a slower more deliberate Kratos makes sense.
He's no longer a God and he's old. I think seeing him move just as quickly as he did in part one would be a bit ridiculous.
Doesn't mean the game has to be slow, or less gruesome.
Maybe instead of 30 hit combos with ultra fast flurries he can do just as much damage and cause just as much carnage with 7 hits.

A few tidbits:
-You may visit some of the 9 realms
-He mentions 15,20 and 100 enemies on screen
-Cory brought back the original team that worked on God Of War 1 they are all back.
-No morality system and no branching in the story
-The mother is a critical part of the story

I can't wait for this. Just got my PS4 in the mail.

I can't believe people are really complaining about the change in the camera view and overall scale it was a fukking trailer for a game that isn't even coming out this year plus they clearly said the focus of the trailer wasn't on the cotdamn combat.

Furthermore the game's notoriety from the last three should be enough to keep us anticipating what's in store.

I think it would be

X Kratos punches Thor in the gut and makes him drop the hammer

L2 + R2 Kratos grabs Thor's head

Half circle motion Kratos slams him to the ground

O repeatedly Kratos slams Thor's face into the immovable hammer

That would be some shyt if he picked up Moljinir after using all of his strength .
