It shows how successful Cody Rhodes has become with drawing heat if there's a 100+ post thread about him ethering the fukk out of a late 90's jobber and people defending said jobber.

All due respect if Cody came up in Disco’s era and wasn’t allowed to coast on his last name he’d be the one jobbing to Disco.

Disco would be more over than Cody in any era, including this one.

90s were the fukking best. It’s like everyone was just a parody of a person.

Anyway, I definitely thing they both have a point. If I was Cody, id be feeling myself too. Regardless of how y’all feel about the way he made it, he still was able and determined to stay relevant outside the WWE and look at where it’s got him. How can anyone be mad at that?

But I can also see the other point and you don’t have to go far for proof. I haven’t watched wrestling (WWE or otherwise) in a while but every decent NXT Takeover is usually followed by a WWE PPV where these guys and girls become more reckless than usual thinking thats what will outdo the previous night’s show and it fails 99% of the time. It’s a shyt way of thinking.

People in here hate Cody Rhodes this much that they are defending Disco fukking Inferno? Dude hasn't been relevant in nearly 20 years and has said the highlight of his career was when he was an nWo errand boy for Nash and Hall for 2 weeks in 1999. And people talking about eyeballs and ratings in 1997-1998, were people really tuning in to see Disco fukking Inferno get squashed in 5 minutes?

:camby: with this defending Disco Inferno bullshyt.

The reality is a lot of people on here have an abused wife syndrome with WWE. They complain all day about WWE's product, but when someone tries to do better for themselves outside, they resent it, and they shyt on any non-WWE promotions, despite not watching them. It's weird shyt. They did it when Punk left too.

Deep down a lot of these guys seem to just hate wrestling, but feel some kind of weird loyalty to WWE, despite not enjoying the product in years. This is why they'll hero worship complete irrelevant trash like Disco, as it reminds them of a time when they didn't despise wrestling.

Who da fuq is Cody Rhodes? A perfect case of someone who thinks he is better than he actually else.

Where would he be if Dusty wasnt his father?

Disco was always entertaining to me unlike Cawdy
