Ehh. If you're going off disc, the only thing you're downloading is the latest patch. So, unless we're talking a COD sized patch, you're looking at maybe 8GB, vs 40-90.

And, THIS is the actual truth.
I'm one of those people ISPs are aiming at. I don't have cable (do Hulu Plus Live TV), and I've been working from home, where I have to connect to a VPN to work. There are months where we're right up against the cap. And that's with me not playing a ton of multiplayer games right now.
What makes it worse is that most of these ISPs are about to double dip off their cable customers. More and more providers are offering set top boxes that advertise that you can watch Netflix, Hulu, etc, but it's just those apps preinstalled, so the user still has to use data. They legit might fukk around and manufacture overages for some users.
