Yep my uncle been through like 3 different divorces. His 2nd wife who he stayed with the longest(11 yrs) was getting a cut of his retirement soon as he finished up his 20 yrs and was getting that military retirement check.

Soon as your marriage hits 10 years she gets some of your military retirement for life
