I'm not "cutting" per say. I'm eating a lot cleaner though and lifting heavy. I'm around 15% bf. cutting is dumb if you haven't reached your strength goals.Then you weren't bulking

That mini cut took place last spring. I pretty much stay at 222 regardless of how much or little I eat. I have core definition and some fat in the trouble areas but that's it. At 205 I'll be sprinter shredded.A mini cut can be worth it if your shyt gets out of control
But yea, I am pretty much "gaintaining" now.... keeping weight gain down to like 1-2lbs a month. I might have to spend all of 2015 cutting tho (from 220 down to a carbed up watered up 180... so like 170 for real )
heh, well I can say I'm more defined than that even in the 230s.

Deads in the 600s. You gotta remember I plan on lifting for a long time, this isn't a phase for me, so I'm not rushing a cut. It takes years to build real dense muscle tissue.How strong do you have to.be
