We (blacks) have an interesting economic dynamic. Rachet whites stay in their lane and rarely do you see them trying to venture out to affluent neighborhoods. I would think, this is because (generally) affluent or well to do whites never came from poverty so they have noone left in the hood to bring with them or any sense of bringing my people up with me. A well to do black person often has a starkly different situation. So when you move to a nice spot you put some of your relatives on or you peoples on to move to the neighborhood. Overtime, because the hood is an arm length away, sadly, the fukkery follows ( ie Atlanta)

So my thought would be- we would have to plant a flag in an up and coming area to build this affluent black community

The Hood (total fukkery and stop snitchin mentality)

Middle (mixed with all races and some issues)

Yep, made a thread about this the other day. Hopefully we can make it happen. I plan on at least making some moves after I graduate
