Giants tight end Daniel Fells will likely not have to have his foot amputated, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. Fells is battling a severe MRSA infection, primarily located in his foot, that has necessitated seven total surgeries. There are more surgeries still on the way, but his scans and cultures are "looking good," according to Rapoport.
Fells could be released from the hospital as soon as this week.
