Word...this shyt came on my Pandora at the gym, I'm like " :ohhh: I ain't never heard this crack before"

it was my fault for not paying attention to compilation albums. there's a couple b-sides/remixes on The Wallabee Champ that I was unaware of. I want to know what era of Ghostface this is from.

on those, there's 2 versions of Paychecks (sample replayed), 2 versions of Guerilla Hood (one w/ Solomon Childs on the hook) & Toney's Money was actually a collab w/ De La Soul that Ghost didn't get paid for so Ghost leaked just his verse w/ that hook before De La dropped their album

that's what I'm asking, I wanna know which major album this was recorded for

The Rich first came out as "The Young Black" off Rae's Vatican 3 mixtape which dropped in 07. That had a mix of older & newer shyt on it, so no real telling exactly when they recorded that one. That mixtape also had Ghost's ABC which sounded like early 2000s Ghost

"big head ants, lamps that glow, goldfish with gold chains hanging from they necks: they swim slow"

also Rae dropped Russian Cut w/ Superb on there and Superb was locked up around 02 & the cut was originally on one of the Tony Touch Power Cypha series so some of these cuts are from around that time at least

no, that was never an official tracklist for Pretty Toney...some of those cuts were in the running, some were just mixtape cuts dropped around the same time.

remember, this was when Ghost was getting all over the mixtapes too and started doing those R&B remixes on cuts done by Beyonce, Eamon, 112, Ashanti, etc... he was also dropping alot of those other tracks on that tracklisting too...some were in PT sessions, some were specifically for mixtapes/white label and most ended up going onto that Theodore Unit joint, but there was never really a tracklisting including them...people just saw the tracks were out at the same time & lumped them all in together for their own redone versions of PT
