I think you guys are being way too harsh on this. It's not Supreme Clientele, more like half Big Doe Rehab half Wizard of Poetry. It definitely drops off hard right at the end, but up through track 13 I really have no objections and Ghost sounds terrific on the mic to me. Even Ja sounds great on here.

I dunno maybe I'm just a stanley (for GFK I 100% am, I'll admit it) but I haven't felt a lot of his projects since 2010 and I can tell you I'll be bumping this one a good deal and enjoying it

EDIT: Running this back again and hearing GFK and Meth go back and forth like that over a grimy horn sample has literally restored my soul. I feel 14 again

Y'all fake ass hard ass nikkas, y'all Young. This ain't for y'all punks, this for Generation X we hip hop kids but grew up with soul & R&B also, there was a balance

The 2nd half of the album is :blessed:

Summer nights with my wisdom we slapping this 2nd half of the album truth be told I play the 2nd half of the album more than the first.

That Emcee shyt, that dirty box in the hand shyt is for Supreme Clientele 2 so my both sides is going to eat when I want that Emcee shyt and that smooth shyt I have two Deni albums

This album falls off a cliff about halfway thru, damn

That's where I'm at. First half I was like, this is solid, yall being overdramatic. Second half was pretty bad though :francis:

AZ joint was alright, reminded me the last few AZ albums was a lot better than this while probably working with similar resources. Neither of em reinvented the wheel but was cool, laid back, grown man albums you could play at home or in the car. Difference is AZ embraced the fact that he :flabbynsick: and worked with :flabbynsick: producers, zero weak attempts at sounding contemporary, never embarrassed himself with something like Shots or Trap Phone.

Sour Soul was the last Ghost album I had in rotation, he should do something like that again.

I'm not trying to hate, I love Wu, even named my first born Masta Killa, but this is :scusthov:

There's a couple of good points.. Meth and ghost especially. The bullshyt beats I kinda expected but Ghost's voice... Is it over? :mjcry:
