Also I don't want to see this game implement a level system. I want them indexing more into the opposite. A random grunt being able to end you because your parry game ain't on point is great. I want next game to have less HP and smaller timing windows also it's too easy to get resolve and heal...they won't go there but I hope they don't go into leveling.

Right. Don’t get me wrong i wasn’t saying implement a leveling system, i was just saying i understand why so many developers are going in that direction just because it’s easier to balance the game.

The beginning of this game felt so fun because you were fragile like the enemies. After your health bar gets crazy and you have a bunch of way to regenerate health it kind of loses that appeal. I went into this game wanting something similar to bushido blade where swords felt lethal and once you get to a certain point it turns into like onimusha or any other samurai game where you are just slashing away at each other.

If they kept the health low but the hits kept getting harder from both Jin and the enemies that entire problem would be fixed. Also, a lot of developers need to really take note of MGSV, that game was no joke when it came to stealth. Once an enemy spotted you it was a wrap, and it wasn’t super hard to have your cover blown either. It felt more realistic. In ghost I literally walk right in front of people and they don’t detect me.

Yup this game made me realize how much ac fukked up with that bloated hybrid rpg revamp to the series and the introduction of fukking monsters and gods regularly smh. If I want frantic life or death battles based on skill against fantasy creatures ill go to fromsoftware for that. This game reminded me of how fun it is to plan an actual assault on an enemy camp, without fukking superpowers. I will say the game is a little more forgiving than i want it to be but if you play on hard you can remedy that a bit. Its not sekiro but if your roll/parry game aint on point :ufdup:

Its the little things too. Playing the flute (:dame:) with my straw hat and ronin gear right before i run up on some bandits like :youngsabo: and when im finished with them, manually wiping the blood off the katana in style :noah:

When you go up to random bodies of japanese people killed by mongols and bow to them jin says something to pay his respects too... its a vibe man I need to play with the samurai champloo intro on repeat with this one :banderas:

I need this type of game for all my favorite classic movie genres growing up. Samurai Flick, Pirate Flick, Gangster ones, Knights and armor type stuff, etc
Red Dead already covered the western lane. A classic martial arts film like a bruce lee movie made into a game like this would be dope too, like sleeping dogs but current or next gen.

Real shyt I love the little things like that they added to the game. Bring able to bow to the citizens and seeing the respect is dope:wow::mjcry:
