I would avoid countries where on value is materials trading. The countries best for Black Americans are Tanzania, Malawi, The Gambia, and Rwanda. If you like West Africa, Ghana. If I moved back, even if I can easily own in Nigeria, I want to go and set up shop in Botswana or Zimbabwe.I haven't heard anything positive about the Angolan government.
Now on the other hand countries like Tanzania, Malawi, The Gambia, etc could be "diamonds in the ruff" cause no negatives immediately come to mind....but I also haven't looked hard enough into them to say either way.
