What’s it like in Gambia compared to Ghana and other West African countries? Politically, Culturally, Economically, Environmentally, Developmentally, Agriculturally, etc.
What’s the name of his channel and does he broadcast it in the States too or is it accessible online?
Does he know any AAs and other Diasporans that have repatriated to Gambia and if so, how have they been living?
Who’s the best/top artists out of Gambia right now?
What’s the country’s relationship with Senegal like?
What’s the best time of the year to visit Gambia and what are some must-sees and must-dos while visiting the country?
What’s the requirements and difficulty level to repatriate to Gambia?
Okay this is what I got.
Pretty much from the Liberia to Senegal region.
Senegal is by far the most developed Country. Good infrastructure, organization. Paperwork stuff, transportation, Healthcare systems, banking, and least violent(that whole region is very peaceful). But you have to know either Wolof or French.
Gambia would be the best bet for English speakers then Liberia and Sierra Leone. There's a nice Caribbean, Black British, and Black American ex pat community. Because its basically in Senegal it benefits a lot from that. If you have kids, private is a must. Public schools are not really reliable. For most part electricity is consistent if you live in the city. They are not as organized and more corrupt than Senegal. Gotta do some back hand payments to get things done.
The tourism game is big and open in that country and that region. So much places for folks to make real money in that industry.
And also that region from Sierra Leone to Senegal its the least HIV/Aids infected area in Africa by a wide margin
Also Gambia has always lowkey been on that Back to Africa movement, so getting citizenship is not hard
