Want to know how easily you tell these people are full of it? Colleges and university systems have shut down all over the US halfway through a semester. How many of those kids attending from out of town(or worse, out of state or from a different country) do you think are getting money back that they spent on dorm housing or meal plans? The tour company is a private business, not government owned. They are informed by government policy. If the government closes its borders due to a global pandemic, this will obviously have a direct impact on tour operators. Did they look at the fine print? What is the return policy?
