As if travel agencies dont work in tandem with govt'al bodies, either. Especially in regards to state-sponsored, tourism initiative.
But we'll just play pretend, I guess. Regardless, they should contact the ministry of tourism, like mentioned previously, and harrass the shyt out of 'em until they at least agree in principle to fix the situation!
