Xenophobia based on what? besides, Let's be real, there won't be that many AA's, caribbeans staying there permanently. You're simply speculating.

The rich white people are already there. The article even mentions that white people come there more than blacks from the diaspora.

Nothing wrong with at least traveling there, heard a lot of good things about Ghana.

My family is from Trinidad and Grenada. What's poppin, breh? Are cacs common in your country? Do you see more of them these days?

I rarely saw cacs in Trinidad when I was over there.

There's a decent amount because of the medical schools but they're probably around 2% cacs total. You can go days without seeing em tho.

Of course a black person can rob you, it happens everyday Breh, most def.

All I'm saying is that shyt happens everyday, even in Ghana. Yet it doesn't stop other foreigners to visit the country.

Crazy shyt happens in Brazil every time, and to black people there as well, doesn't stop folks from visiting.

In any case I strongly recommend to anyone visit the country FIRST (multiple times if needed) before deciding to relocate there, as you should for any country.

Haven't been to Ghana but there are very very few african countries I'd be willing to take a look at volunteerily. Ghana is one of them.

Are you going to respond to my last post regarding Ghanaian admixture and genetics?

In response to the above, the Chinese have assimilated races in the past (China was once multiracial but is now dominated by Han Chinese), are racist (both against their own minorities as well as others, and particularly towards black people) and have a 1 billion population base. The locals shouldn't be happy in the slightest. If Chinese want to invest, that's fine, but no Chinese people should live in Ghana or anywhere in Africa. The same is true of the black Carribean.

Jamaica is a like a second to third world country. The crime rate is horrific. Plus many Jamaicians don't care about Jamaica; they are self-hating both individually and collectively. They don't place much value on developing their own since they are, after all, a nation of "many" (most all of them are dark skin blacks but I digress).
