His reputation is reaching a critical mass. He must fight some stiff competition soon. He must.

I like GGG but facts are facts let me see you against anyone in the top 5 in any weight class...so what if you have to move up or down get over it

He's done that twice already...and KOd em both:manny:

I just didn't hold them in high regards as far as skill level in comparison to other weight classes (I.E. the #5 Middleweight isn't as good as the #5 Welterweight)

That what I see to breh. Nearly every opponent GGG has fought on his HBO run was a top 10 in the division at the time. Problem is 160 isnt as strong as some other divisions, like you said.

To me that is the real argument. 160 ain't popping with the strongest talent right now, but the arguments of GGG not fighting the better guys at 160 aren't true. Dude is fighting the best guys who can and will get in the ring at 160.

He has two, maybe three, good opportunities hopefully coming up. Canelo and Saunders are doable fights and are legitimate top of the weight class fights. If the WBA orders Jacobs as a mandatory that is another good fight. Those three and GGG are the best MW's right now. We just need someone to sign a contract. :manny:

It almost felt like Canelo was ducking him but he's saying it's his team. SO it is what it is.

My boy Dom Breezy got a better resume than this fool. :mjlol:

Canelo will fight him this year anyway, so long as 97G knows his role as the bytch in the negotiations. :yeshrug:

He has essentially put himself in a situation where he really only needs to beat one great fighter to leap over a ton of legends. He has so much support for not really doing much that one good win will land him in legendary status. Not really fair to the guys that came before him. This is a bit like Trump. Nobody asks Trump about foreign policy, tax policies, minimum wage, creating jobs. He has dumbed down the Republican Party so much the only thing they want him to do for their support is "act more presidential".

I just sit back and :scust: at the circle jerk shyt Fat Dan n his minions have over dude on a weekly basis shyt is :dame:

I will say this though a lot more people are critical of him now than a few years ago. When the few of us were saying it's been 9 years n he aint fought nobody it was "Bbbbut he was fighting in bubmblefukkestan n couldn't get fights" he's been a main attraction at hbo for how long now still the same song. :russell:

In boxing you gotta go by what nikkas do not what they say but these dudes don't learn he gonna be 40 yrs old calling up Spence to move up n face a challenge while he has yet to face one.

Yeah I dont think Canelo is ducking, more so his team protecting their investment. GB knows GGG is the toughest fight out there for Canelo and really probably the only guy at 154 or 160 that he would be an underdog against. I think GB just doesn't want to take that big of a risk to its cash cow right now. Canelo has proven at this point he will fight anyone.
