Getting turned down by a chick but she continues the conversation?

and someone said something in the thread that reminded me of a couple times where I approached a chick...she turned me down for whatever reason...and I would then attempt to K.I.M. and she will stop me and ask a follow up question like "what did you say your name was again?" shyt like that.

Only instance I can think of is when I asked out this ethiopian chick, but she mentioned she had a boyfriend and I was like, 'tis cool. She's pregnant and engaged now but when I see her around on the field we still talk and joke as always. It's no biggie. When a chick still carries on conversation at least it shows class and maturity.

I do this sometimes to make the rejection seem friendly. If I turn someone down I don't like to hurt feelings unless they get disrespectful.

i think they do it mostly because they don't want to be the bad guy or they just want to show class/sympathy or compassion.

i think it's cool but there's a fine line between doing that to be civil and them having pity for they guy (which is even worse in a weird way). I'd rather a girl be civil without having pity for me.

in anycase, you can either use it to eject gracefully OR try to turn it around (which could work)

I wouldn't trip bruh, I've turned a rejection into a one night stand because the chick just kept talking, so did I.

After talking for about another 30 mins I found out she wasn't looking for a relationship cause she had just gotten out of one that she was in for 3 years and she was just trying to have some fun out here.

Lucky for me, her homegirl was feeling my potna so we went to whataburger and then they came back to the crib and it went down.

How you handle the rejection is what matters, I've had plenty of females who rejected me at one time try to get back on the team later because I still was cool after the intial rejection and acted like it never happened.

Its like QBs throwing interceptions, you gotta forget about it and move on to the next play
