Like most people I'm sure he deduced these people were kidnapping black people and at the very least hypnotizing them for their own benefit.

You can tell there would be a further reveal but I doubt dude was like..

"yo it's plainly obvious this family developed a way to suppress consciousness and perform a brain transplant so they can move their brains into the bodies of any subject they want, this movie's trash, too predictable"

However, the premise was too unrealistic which enabled me to figure out the plot in the first 20 minutes.

1. A chick not gonna date you if she doesn't fukk guys who smoke.
2. IF a chick taking you to see her parents after 4 months, your race is different and she didn't tell them, she's either hiding something or the bytch is delusional. Either way, she not keeping it 100.
3. They gave away the movie in the first minute with the kidnapping scene.
4. They tried to hard to make it seem like his girlfriend wasn't in on it when in fact she was.


Movie reminded me of the Wicker Man.

Exactly, her being in on it isn't supposed to be something you never saw coming. Pretty much every black person that saw that movie knew minutes into the movie that she was in on it.

The twist comes from audience expectations that they were making black people docile and enslaving them with hypnosis. Later in the film you find out they're actually supplanting the very consciousness of black people with a white persons consciousness to give the white person control over the black body.

Watching the final 20 minutes in a black theater was an experience.
