I seriously think im missing the point as well..
If you're not forced to go out when the governor says the state will reopen..
And if the mayor says the stay at home order/social distancing is still the safest method to beat this virus, even though she can't enforce it..
How is there a conflict here for individuals to chose how they want to move forward?
There isn’t. She’s the mayor so obviously has concern about the city. When you said make a plan then I was responding with what else is she supposed to do.
