You knew Phil was a thin-lipped white guy when you heard him sing. I like a lot of the Phil songs, but he wasn't outsinging Elton on his best day and George Michael outsang Elton on his own damn song and been singing "Don't let the sun go down on me' like that shyt was his since the 80s.
I'd put Boy George over Phil Collins if we're talking vocal ability. Freddie was a beast and so was Daryl Hall but George Michael had the best vocal tone.
