I didn’t say that I was anymore than you are. But google Igbo if you don’t want to people you know, you are not going to see solely lighter skinned people.

I just find the light skin diatribe that some Africans like to espouse slightly exaggerated. Also there were mixed and are mixed communities throughout Africa as well.

There are definitely differences generally speaking between what an American would call a redbone/yellow bone vs an African version.

I see it far more interesting to speak of variability of physical characteristics outside of skin colour. I just find the obsession with lighter skin annoying.

Skin pigment expression is only a small part of what differentiates a ls mixed person vs a non mixed ls person.

Mistreatment was more a mocking term on my part than me being serious.

man honestly, be quiet and just listen because this is the last time i'm responding to your ass in this thread.

1. You are literally making strawmen arguments to go up against that I never (nor anyone else in this thread) mentioned.

2. I never once said that the majority of igbo people are lightskin

3. I am igbo, i'm not googling shyt. The nerve of you telling me, an Igbo man about my own people. :russ:

4. You've been proven wrong time and time again by ACTUAL Igbo people in this thread. :dead:

5. Me, an Igbo man, has posted pictures of Igbo people who would be considered lightskin here. You, a non-igbo person, is making generalizations of what Igbo people consider dark and light. nikka, you aint igbo, so stop.

6. You find the obsession with lighter skin annoying? :dahell: You are the only MFer in this entire thread who is obsessed with lighter-skin. The projection is unreal:mindblown:

7. Skin pigment is only a small part, but its the entire world to you, or you wouldn't be all in this thread looking unintelligible obsessing over it. Even to the point that you basically said that we dont have "real" lightskin people in Africa.

Listen, you have colorism issues, its clear as day.
Talk to a therapist and sort your self out.

I'm being serious, you need help with this skintone isuse

Why is this still being debated?

The typical AA family has the entire spectrum to the point it should be obvious hue and racial “purity” do not share a strong positive correlation.
Shyt is :dahell:

Anybody that grew up around black families knows full blooded siblings that still have different complexions
