the only thing republicans are good at, is selling the idea that they're competent. trump embodies that

they use easily digestible slogans. "america is back", "freedoms", "jobs", tax cuts", "unleash american energy". and create the perception that they're good for the economy

it stands in contrast to the dems' strategy; apologizing for america, saying capitalism sucks, raising taxes/regulations, people should rely on the government, scolding "phobes" :mjlol: real low-energy stuff, that sounds weak and negative
