It isn't a breakthrough that's needed

The world on a whole needs to deprogram the population.

There needs to be a concerted effort to push people to 'touch grass'. That begins with reining in social media.

Agreed. If we ever make it out of this mess the next Democrat president has to rein in these social media companies. Some pretty extreme measures need to be taken. There's no going back to normal at this point.

At the end of the day the majority of white people (obviously not all) are going to vote against the party associated with minorities. Even in good years for Democrats they still lose the white vote.

That's just a political fact about America that was true long before Trump and I doubt it'll change social media turning these Zoomers into Hitler youth is a problem though
