That would be too clever for him.
I miss Sleepy Joe. It was like a boring cross country flight. No drama, you might hit some turbulence, but you knew there wouldn't be any drama and nobody will need to know the names of any flight attendant or random employee.
Sure he might not have been 100% mentally, but he hired competent people who kept things running, and if he had to be replaced, because Guam and Pearl Harbor are on fire, his successor could handle things.
