THE REASON THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION IS FIGHTING TO KEEP INNOCENT MEN IN A FOREIGN PRISON IS TO KEEP THEM FROM GETTING OUT AND TELLING THEIR STORIES.
THEY DO NOT WANT THESE INNOCENT PEOPLE ON TV TELLING WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM.
IT'S THAT SIMPLE AND AMERICA IS ALLOWING THIS CRIME.

Why does it feel like Don Winslow is one of the only people who gets what’s really going on here?
Donald Trump has turned America into his own personal fiefdom where he goes to do whatever he wants to.
The law does not matter to him or his administration. Anyone can be arrested, investigated or locked up.
The stock and bond markets can be manipulated at will. Foreign countries can be bullied and threatened with forcible takeovers, and nobody can do anything about it.
Trump has even said in the past it would be best to let the United States go bankrupt and start over again. That is the only explanation for what he’s doing right now.
We are living in an autocratic kleptocracy on steroids and people are still acting like things aren’t as bad as they really are. I guess most people won’t realize what’s happening until it’s too late.

I agree, it’s a petty issue to Democrats but to everyone else it’s repulsive to the Dem brand.
If we truly value making trans issues a non negotiable then we need to do a better job in defending it instead of putting blinders on and say nobody cares about it.
We obviously care enough about it to make it a non negotiable and conservatives and low info voters care enough about it to where the most effective ad against Kamala was a trans related one.
The intellectual dishonesty does nobody any favors

Dems never measured the politics of the trans stuff they just thought it was an evolution of lgtbq equality and it is not

If americans refuse to have correct priorities, then we deserve to lose reserve currency status and all that comes with it
