@Serious politically I'm do not align with people like @the cac mamba @Outlaw, they look lead the democratic party primarily from the view of popularity politics with zero risk sum. They would be against the civil rights movement in the 60s because of the risk it takes when potentially losing the majority ( white men) , they're political cowards and conservative leaning centrist.

Not really, apparently.

I think a lot of us took for granted that visa rules were WAY more subjective than we realized and Trump isn’t really acting under novel legal doctrine, just really unpopular ones. Immigration law has a lot more nuance and adjudication than we realized. A lot of these students are being targeted for visa violations, not 1st amendment violations.

Its like how driving while drunk isn’t illegal, but driving with a BAC over a certain limit IS illegal...
