You don't need a thesis to figure out that that's exactly what they're going to do if you actually pay attention to it with your own eyes.

The ultra rich will then have the pocket of the US taxpayer funding every single thing they do and will no longer be held to the ebbs and flows of the market and government redtape.

There are only so many markets they can actually corner in the US as well as globally before the next largest market is the government itself which prints an unlimited amount of money.

And when they don't like out how much social security they have to pay out they'll simply pocket it by the shares, do a buy-back and keep for themselves while old people die of poverty

They want to go back to the Gildead Age. It’s been the goal of the wealthy since The New Deal laws were passed.

We can’t “vote” our way out of this. Things are going to have to happen to that makes people uncomfortable.
This is why the debates on here annoy me. It’s like people are so caught up in relitigating 2016 at every step that we can’t have rational discussion. I can say Harris was a better choice than Trump and that Democrats are useless in the same breath. Even normie Dem commentators have turned on them on social media over their weak ass tactics in the Trump era. I realized this is no longer a serious forum and that’s why I’m just :manny: at all of this shyt. I guess those of us who actually care and think deeply about issues grew up and left. If I didn’t prefer to talk sports here than on Reddit I wouldn’t post here either. It’s like a parody.

There are a good deal of us that are still serious. I think some are still shell-shocked at the loss in November and where to go from there. Yes, there are some disingenuous arguments that take place but myself for example. I don't particularly know how to penetrate the mind of a person who is so ideologically lost. For many of these Trump supporters, they literally see what is happening to them, because of Trump but will say, in the same breath, I'd vote for him again. How do you combat that? Do we need to fight? Yes, but how?

38 percent of Americans did not vote in the election. It’s not about converting MAGA. It’s about turning about people who didn’t get onboard with either or who felt like it didn’t matter. Diehard MAGA voters are those people who embody the saying “those who don’t listen, will feel.” Donald Trump has never had a positive approval rating. He is unpopular. He’s not some invincible juggernaut.

Just give people something to vote for instead of against. People are stupid and didn’t buy that Trump would do this shyt. But those same stupid people can be convinced of what Dems WILL do.

But even in your post you’re making my point. We all know Trump is bad - but you didn’t stop for a moment to realize I’m also saying the Democrats in power are doing us no favors right now. Schumer and them gave up and went home and let Trump appoint more judges. Right now they’re about to pass Trump’s budget bill that will gut essential programs and are about to hold a sham vote before they do it to say they tried. Chuck isn’t up for the moment. The vast majority of Democrats agree with me that this shyt is weak and then I log on to HL and people are acting like I’m living in an alternate reality. I’m looking at opinion polls like, am I the one tripping?
