More so the messaging aspect. The only Dems that seem to have a fire in them atm is AOC and Bernie. Buttiegieg gets props too. Youre right in that they cant do a lot but they want someone out there who is at least trying to punch back. Even if its only words. Thats why I think Dem Governors will most likely be stronger picks for president next go around because they have a better attack angle currently.
But I think the bulk of dems in washington are waiting for the debt ceiling showdown to actually push against Trump which wont happen until march.
