Yes. I fast from dinner to lunch, a good 14-15 hours. Whenever I used to eat breakfast I was the exact same hunger level, or even more so, after consuming whatever calories I ate at breakfast. Absolutely empty, useless calories as I consumed many calories more than I needed to fuel myself for the day adding lbs in the process. 99% of people that eat breakfast would be better off skipping, as the breakfasts they eat aren’t fueling shyt except insulin spikes to start their day. Coffees with a bunch of cream and sugar, pancakes with sugary ass syrup, big glasses of sugary ass orange juice, sugary cereals, oatmeal with sugar, non-plain yogurt with a bunch of sugar, doughnuts or muffins. If it’s eggs, plain yogurt with some berries, protein smoothie or something there’s no issue. It’s what people eat that’s the problem, but for me just going without works. I do eat what would be considered a breakfast meal for lunch. Generally when I’m off I do cook eggs, plain yogurt with added fruit, good culture cottage cheese and maybe a protein smoothie after my 11am workout. But people’s problem of what they are eating goes for every meal really, not just breakfast. People just ingest garbage, and it’s garbage in garbage out resultsDo what works for you Breakfast is the most important meal of the day to me.
