Well cereal is a meal, at $13 and a meal for several breakfast its still cheaper than picking up something for breakfast. I won't knock anyone for buying it :yeshrug:

I'm not buying it, I like my cereal unhealthy and full of sugar, Frosty Flakes used to be my fave growing up but its hardly any frost on the flakes these days. :unimpressed:

did you read what I wrote? I said most people eat like shyt, so I listed alternatives they can eat in another list, and said they would also benefit from skipping breakfast altogether.

it's no secret that cereal as a 'healthy breakfast' was thrown out of the window decades ago. Many many decades. Added sugar out of the wazoo. Ship sailed a long time ago.

This 'healthy cereal' doesn't cost anymore or can't cost much more to produce than the others I'm sure. So they're exploiting the healthy crowd. They'll find a lot of company there.....
