Most of these guys aren't professional security though, they're just goons and hanger ons. They don't really know the protocol for protection, they're mainly doing it on the fly (Not talking Bad Boy, just rap crews in general). They usually are reactors more than prevent. Crazy hearing this cuz I grew up like a mile away from the Petersen Automotive museum.

So Puff paid some crips to kill Tupac/Suge and they did. Then puff paid Keefey D too pay off the crips and they never got it so they came back to kill puff but got big instead? I am not sure the government killed either of them but they def kept tabs on everything. They had surveillance photos from the night Biggie died outside the party he was at. Prob kept tabs on Pac once he started gaining stardom and fame.

After watching the 3rd installment again and looking at the big shooting(at least what's available publicly) im starting to wonder if poole's theory is true about the cops & MOB being involved or the NOI guy in the bow tie.

From where the green suburban was sitting at the light & big being hit on the passenger side. There is no way another car could've rolled up on them because of all the parked cars.

Which makes Gene's recollection true about the car already being parked there. Which also means the shooter was lurking in the party and after. Calmly went to his car and waited. The shooter also new the get away route thus parking at the end of the Street.

They had to know what car puff was gonna be in which is probably why the NOI guy randomly went up to Puff's car & walked off.

Puff is seated in his passenger car so is big. No random shots all over the car. Only big's side. We'll never know what would've happened if gene didnt make dude run the light.
