Show has been a great watch so far to me. You can tell it's made by the people who made The Boys. It's a lighter toned spin off but it still has the main shows DNA. They did a great job of making it feel like the same universe.

Think of it this way. Gen V is porn, The Boys is hardcore porn
Or better yet. The Boys is Porn (once again ), Gen V is that same porn, same scene...But it's deepfake with your favorite celebrity. It's not quite as natural as the og but dammit it gets the job done

Amazon ran a premiere showing for the first two episodes. It was pretty good. I was surprised that I liked it, since I don't really watch the main show.

I was excited for the Tek-Knight character... I'm thinking he's going to be some top notch villain. But they're able to get rid of him because he likes to fukk random holes Like nikka what? Was it too much to ask that some real writing be done to defeat his character? And if he has that much compulsion to do this where he got caught on the the campus cameras, how could he have possibly not already been exposed out in the world?

That was so trash and an example of lazy ass writing that I hate. He tells the camera crew "give me a minute" and immediately walks into the wooded area like there's no other people around (everyone has an iPhone and knows who he is).
