What are you even talking about. The OG Starfox and Megaman x2 don't even run at 60 fps on the OG SNES, so why would you expect the emulated version to? Furthermore Starfox ran with a special FX chip so emulation of that particular game has always been difficult that and Super Mario Kart. I would be highly doubtful if this new handheld system could run either flawlessly either.

I'll try those other games you wanted to try out when I get a chance, and upload the videos when I get a chance.
A couple things:
1 - I'm not saying the Surface isn't suitable for some retro gaming. Tons of devices can be. I was pointing out your flaw in saying "flawlessly". That's just straight up not true as you just agreed to. The point is, your emu won't run SNES games at the native framerate without frameskipping. Also there are sound issues. And compatibility issues. These are the things I said verbatim. That's not to say it's not worth playing - just that the word "flawlessly" was misused in your post.
2 - I never said this handheld can run them flawlessly. You used the word flawless. That said, we can try running games on yours and games on mine (when I get mine) and compare compatibility.
3 - The Surface or any other tablet or phone does not have everything GCW Zero has and then some. There are people out there, for whom, they may want a GCW Zero for their retro gaming purposes even though they have a tablet or phone. One of the reasons for that might be onboard physical controls and the fact that you can fit it in your pocket.
4 - One interesting thing of note is that the state of GCW Zero emulators
before it's even released is better than a lot of other handheld emu's including PSP.
As an aside, what other emus does Surface RT have as of now? GBA? Genesis? Amiga? MAME? CPS2? If it has an emu that'll play the arcade version of DoDonPachi, I'd be impressed.
