uneployment doesn't include the people that give up. a brotha that is hustlin in the streets doesn't count as unemployed. unemployment means people actively looking for jobs.

Anyone who has been in corporate America knows how true this is.

The only Black men I've seen moving up the ranks are GAY GAY GAY!

Non-gay Black men are seen as threats. Why? Because most of these corporate jobs are just "hanging out" gigs where white people collect checks, network and find sex partners. That's it.

Being a paid, sexy Black dude that's running things is seen as a threat by the men that run these corporate environments.

Gay Black men are not seen as a threat. They aren't there to steal the girls. They're often there pleasuring some white man higher up the totem pole.

And many of them see themselves as "gay" before they see themselves as Black. So they're not going to be any issue when white people get done killing us on camera and it makes headlines.

I don't really discuss politics or anything like that with gay Black people unless they want to discuss eliminating white supremacy. Otherwise we have absolutely nothing to discuss.
