Ummmm......I just saw Gavin Newsom on CNN say that although they've had plenty of disagreements in the past, that Trump administration has met all California's request during this pandemic. I literally just saw this. Where is this report from?

question breh, since that's not my field, in these cases, do these investors try and pull favors political or influence local electorates, or is they strictly about they bread

those chinese investors have been divesting american commercial and residential real estate since 2017

i know personally of 2 different development firms that pulled out while they were still developing a property

this one skyscraper in chicago was the wildest example..... selling it off cheap while they were still in the process of building...

the chinese government had foresight into the trump fukkery and has been pulling their chips back home

Crazy thing is Texas doesn't compare to California. CA has the fifth largest economy in the world. It, alongside NY, are the main reason the US remains the most dominant economy in the world.

California has 12 million more people than Texas, twice the economy and almost every big corporation in the world is in California in some form or another (rather head quarters or off base)
