people who historically don't vote are being targeted and told not to vote. I always thought this was an interesting strategy. I imagine they're going to tell people not to vote again with Warnock vs Walker and to stay home until one party gives them reparations that can't be even discussed realistically without both parties agreeing to even bring it up.
