I agree, I don't think people that only watch the show would recognize the significance of what he did, or even know who Balon is. I think they played too much into the Melisandre/Davos angle.


But how are they going to make a full season out of post-RW Storm of Swords?

Is season 4 gonna be ?

We already know Joffrey's wedding and Tyrion's trial will make up a good portion of next season. Not sure what else they could add.

I'd assume the red wedding is gonna be the end of this season. Then you have a good bit of book three left which still has some pretty important things happen. Then throw in some stuff from the next book. This season has me wanting a new book.

im pretty sure george gave them the go ahead to make up a few things to keep the airing of the 4th book interesting because if not that could easily be the seaon where they cut their fanbase(show wise) in half

Joffrey's wedding and Tyrion's trial will definitely be the highlights of the next season. The trial will bring a couple of new characters and introduce another region of Westeros into the game, so I'm excited for that.

Solid episode. Sam needs to seriously go back for that dragonglass. You can't be a real Slayer doing rookie shyt like that.

so after they kill robb i know they cut the wolfs head off and sew it to his body, with the crown on top. did they cut robbs head off his body as well or just leave it on next to the wolfs? i forget. maybe robbs body, wolfs crowned head, on the throne and maybe have robbs head sewn on to the wolfs body sitting by his feet?

have frey and bolton talking, cut to them tossing cats body in the river, then the last image of robb on the throne, zooming all the way in until it just fades to black.

Dany going to war, Tyrion going to jail. The war at the wall. The red viper. Tyron's escape. There's a lot to cover breh.

we get the Red Viper brehs...Dorne finally starts playing a role...I mean...how can that be boring?

and the Tyrion arc in the second half is awesome

season 4 will likely be better than season 3...especially since they didn't do a good job of building up Robb...his death won't hit home for tv viewers the way it did for the book readers...I still think it'll work and be a shock to the system for them...but most of the tv viewers aren't that attached to Robb...they aren't going on a rampage when he dies...not like when I threw my book across the room when I read it.

True, but they did a great job with Ned even though he didnt have too much shine in season one. His death reactions was


I think the fact that having a "main character" die will have a good enough shock value to hold viewers attention for next season thus Robb's death will hit home for most. Cant believe im posting here lol. I never read the book and came in here accidently and read about cat's and Robb's death. I need to leave before i read some more shyt. Dont wanna spoil this crack
