Where are you getting this? There’s nothing that points to a dragon letting anyone else but the “owner” ride them.

Vhagar flew to Driftmark to mourn Laena. There’s also nothing to say that Vhagar would’ve chosen Laena’s daughter.
What will be interesting to see is if Laenor’s dragon lets someone else ride even though he’s still alive.

They were still born under the pretense of a lawful royal marriage. Then being half Targaryen isn't enough if their mother broke the vow and her duty to the kingdom.

Once a war for the Iron throne breaks out, none of that matters. Jorah said as much to daenarys in GOT when he explained to her how Robert took the throne by force and not by lineage. Even if they're b*stards, if all of viserys kids die those b*stards will have the strongest claim to the throne due to their mother being Targaryen

Interestingly enough, it's said a big reason Robert Baratheon was accepted as king by the 7 kingdoms was because his grandmother was a Targaryen and house baratheon was created by aegon the conquerors b*stard brother orys baratheon.

Targaryens are not immune to fire or dragonfire.

Dany's first time not being burned by fire was a magical event caused by blood magic and the birth of the dragons.

The second time she wasn't burned was a show only creation that didn't have an explanation.

But we've seen Jon and Viserys from Game of Thrones suffer burns, and Laena (who is half Targaryen) burned by dragonfire. Daemon has burn scars on his body and both of his parents and grandparents were Targaryen siblings. Dany herself suffers burns in the books as well.

“TARGARYENS ARE NOT IMMUNE TO FIRE! The birth of Dany’s dragons was unique, magical, wonderous, a miracle. She is called The Unburnt because she walked into the flames and lived. But her brother sure as hell wasn’t immune to that molten gold.”
-GRRM

I hear what you saying but they showed in ep 1 that Vicerys can't burn and they even talked about how his first wife can't burn.

In GOT, even Dany looks down at her brothers carcass and makes the remark, "if he was a true dragon, he wouldn't have been burned."

In another s1 episode, Dany is sitting in scalding hot water just chillin when one of the servant girls touches the water and is immediately burned.

All Targaryans aren't immune to fire but some are.

He has the qualities of a leader for sure but those qualities mentioned are macro leader qualities and wartime qualities. During peacetime, micro-quality management is needed.

Viserys has a lot of John snows qualities.

Just going to respectfully disagree on this point!
That extra vantage point or advice is what the King's Hand is for.

Micro-management for a medieval era king isn't all that necessary, the title itself commands enough respect and fear. Viserys doesn't even have those wartime qualities because he's never been tested in war and it carries over into his court. He's unable to concede that his chosen heir is fukking up and strip her of her title when the realm never respected the choice anyway.

I can't see King Jon waiting till his child son loses an eye to his younger grandson before his wife cuts his daughter and heir to nip the b*stard talk, true or not, in the bud. Especially not at 50 something years old.
