The rightful heir is Rhae. The "Realm" has already accepted this because she has been crowned. So it's a done deal unless someone wants to be treasonous like Otto, Alicent, Daemon. She's had her coronation ceremony and everything. She is the only rightful heir. She hasn't threatened anyone. She hasn't conspired against her siblings. The only one currently conspiring is Alicent

:dahell:THAT WAS BEFORE
AEGON WAS BORN.

THEY RELUCTANTLY ACCEPTED
HER BECAUSE DAEMON
WAS THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE..

THE SECOND AEGON WAS BORN
ALL OF THAT WENT OUT THE WINDOW...

THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH TIME JUMPS...

SOME THINGS HAVE TO BE SHOWN
ON SCENE FOR CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS
TO GET IT.

AEGON IS THE TRUE HEIR
BY BIRTH RIGHT AND THE
REALM WILL BACK HIM...

ALL RHAE WILL HAVE
ONCE HER DAD DIES IS A c00n
LIKE CORLYS BACKING HER.

I was rolling that Laenor was more worried about leaving his gay lover than her leaving her home :mjlol:

"W-what about the court?!" :lupe:

"Bring him :skip:"

":youngsabo:"

":whew:"

Dude shisty as fukk :dead:
man that was something about the ep i still couldn't piece together. rhae 'ordering' him to stay in king's landing just felt really off to me

like..... this man really just rolled up and named your kid after his dead lover with zero consultation. she calls no shots. he could accuse her of infidelity, rightfully, and go home up 30.

still tho - that whole "bruh titties after birth are crazy you won't believe this shyt :pachaha: " dialogue was hilarious to me

And I think we are all glossing over that.

Bytch is fukking my DAD?!
Yea, naw I’m going scorched earth.

Alicent started it by marrying her dad. THAT is what set shyt off. Her father was scheming and she went along with it. She could’ve said no. So, no. I’m with Rhaenyra all the way.

This point always intrigues me when people make this argument about Alicent. In this GOT universe, where do we see that daughters regularly get to tell their fathers "no" without consequence or with authority? Like, seriously?

Fathers like Viserys and Ned and even Oberyn's crazy ass who seemed to actually care about their daughters have folks forgetting this was not the norm for girls in this universe. They usual seem to only escape the fate of marrying someone thru some crazy circumstance that results in a bunch of subsequent fukkery (van we say Lyanna Stark or Cersei Lannister).

I'm just remembering how even Daenerys was going to be forced to joined the Dosh Khaleen because her husband died and she wasn't supposed to be out there without a man telling her what to do. She had to murder those men to get her freedom. This woman was a whole queen with 3 dragons who still had men trying to tell her what to do because they understood that was the order of things.

I digress though.

I see Alicent as a tool her father used to get power, and when looking at their relationship on screen, I never got the impression she was in a position to ever tell her daddy she wasn't doing it. Don't see how folks see her as a schemer; her daddy is, as he was the one that had the plans to bring the family up - not her.

I’ma say it again. That was totally melisandre when Alicient and cripple fingere were talking over dinner
Taiya they called her they even focused on her like why even include her there

Very interesting. Do the timelines align where that could have actually been a young Melisandre we were seeing?

She wanted a "dragon rider's death" not die during labor.
The amount of nikkas in here that miss this :what: "why would she kill herself? Leave her kids motherless??" Like was nikkas watching the episode or just reading the thread lol she was dead either way n the baby had a 10% chance . She said fukk it and took the dragon rider's way out. Didn't think that scene would cause so much confusion.

No it did not and that's what you're not understanding. Everyone assumed Vis would change his mind but he didn't. She's still the rightful heir

WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT
VISCERYS WE'RE TALKING
ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE.

WHEN HE DIES NO ONE
WILL GIVE A fukk ABOUT HIS WORD
BECAUSE ITS WRONG AND DOESNT
HAVE A LEG TO STAND ON.

AEGON IS HEIR BY BIRTH RIGHT.
VISCERYS JUST CANT CHANGE THAT
TO PLEASE HIS SPOILED DAUGHTER.

CORLYS & HIS PPL ARE THE
ONLY ONES THATS WILL BACK RHAE
BECAUSE HE SON IS MARRIED TO
HER AND HIS WIFE GOT HOSED
OUT OF BEING QUEEN.
