But nuns still get raped so, again, what's your point? You're in here taking about slut energy and all types of nonsense when the point is that people get raped regardless of how they're dressed.

Best part about the nun example is that no one here can make the argument that scantily clad women are raped at a higher rate and bolster that claim with evidence.

The clear distinction between a robber robbing a person who's not flashing their possessions is that the robber could very easily pick a person who doesn't have anything to give so it's in a robber's best interest to target people who he can net the most from.

Every woman has a vagina, no matter how she's dressed, a rapist who wants to rape a woman will get EXACTLY what he wants nearly 100% of the time.
And in a crowd of women, all of whom have a vagina, the drunk one flashing her titties and ass is more likely going to get the rapist's attention than the low key, sober one who's covered up.

the mistake you're making here is to assume you know what motivates a rapist.

Titties and ass might excite YOU but the quiet chick that's politely turning men down at the bar might be the one that he wants to rape so he can teach her a lesson.

But you assume you know what motivates a robber. Maybe they do it for the thrill. Maybe they do it because they're bored. There is no "clear distinction" as to why or who someone robs. But you made an assumption using common sense.

The mistake you made here, however, is to throw basic assumptions and common sense out of the window.

Very strange argument that makes no sense.

Well it's called dressing provocatively for a reason...what are women who dress provocatively trying to provoke exactly? Male attention...some of that will be negative unfortunately...sad but true.

Nothing wrong with erring on the side of caution.

It's a dangerous message to promote (which Aly was doing).

There's been a big push in general for women to model themselves after whores, slut walks, stripper pole classes, women like Aly posing nude all the time, the countless IG "models". ..there's a lot of pushing women to be "open" when it comes to sex without being honest about what that sets you up for as a woman.

It's not a good message.

What's equally not a good is letting men who sexually assault women off the hook. I'm not advocating that nor do I agree with that.

I just know it's a two way street and both parties have to behave reasonably, logically to prevent bad things from happening.

I'm not assuming to know what motivates a robber, I used the parameters of your assumption that robbers will target people who are more flashy.

Thereby implicitly agreeing that robbers more than likely rob those who flaunt their wealth than those who don't.

If you were smart and believed in what you were saying, you would've said, "the mistake you're making here is to assume robbers only rob based on fulfilling their need for possessions. Robbers can rob anybody for any number of reasons."

But you dont believe what you're saying so you don't follow your own reasoning.

Those “procedures” were him abusing Raisman and others tho

A lot of them were nothing more than him enjoying himself under the guise of treatment

gotcha, i read the story when it first came out and it wasn't clear if this was the case but i see since then he admitted some things

we aare also talking about sexual assault and sexual harassment and sometimes a decision to smack an ass or grab a tit is made based on whether the guy feels the girl can get away with it. You right, if every woman dressed in maumau they will still be raped and assault, just like if a no one wore jewels robbers would still look to rob someone.

No one ever refers to Gabby Douglas as an Olympic hero, or mentions how many gold medals she has. Instead of being revered as one of the all time great female athletes, she’s been shyt on every step of the way and has gotten a fraction of the acclaim that Biles, Aly, or Ledecky. She’s probably extremely bitter.

:rudy:

You're going over with it. The Undefeated had Gabby as the #9 greatest Black athlete of all time, just one spot behind Simone at #8 and well ahead of Duncan, Lebron, Jim Brown, Bill Russell, Flo Jo, Carl Lewis, Arthur Ashe, Wilt, Venus, Kareem, etc. And that's based on public opinion polls. If anything, she's overrated.

That's a fallacy breh. If they're both alone, they're both equally as likely to be targets. Rape is about power. How many times have you watched the news where a woman was raped simply because she was by herself? The one who appears the most vulnerable is more likely than the one who is dressed the most provocatively.
