FX's Donald Glover Sitcom "Atlanta" Season 1 thread

With the next episode being the finale its starting to become obvious that nothing will be resolved this season.

I'm actually fine with it at this point. It's just a different show.

When the season is over there will be a lot of write ups about it. The prevailing opinion will be that it's a "genius show." But I can see casual tv fans not liking it because there's no linear plot progression

The funny thing is, the way this show is written and grounded in real life situations I could see Van getting burnt

Glover is a genious. The casting, writing, satire, VAN....

Everything about this show is on point. Looking forward; hesitantly to the s1 finale.

She NEVER called that lady Mom. The woman even said at the beginning of the episode that she hadn't known Van long but that she reminded her of herself when she was young
