Earn's biggest weakness as a manager is being broke. He didn't get a hotel because he was trying to save a few bucks since all he knows right now is penny pinching. He's ordering kid's meals, sleeping in storage lockers, and applying that same mentality to business. Add in being prideful and you've got a deadly combination.



Not right now he doesn't. Paper Boi has been robbed at gunpoint point twice and beat up. He needs Tracy right now. He adds value by providing muscle.

I respect Earn for requesting the fade. He knew he probly get knocked out, but it's a respect issue.

The series is about an up and coming rapper and his cousin-manager. The cousin is no longer his manager thanks to this episode. Wtf are you talking about???

His perspective is flawed in terms of what he thinks the problem is (Ern, the fake society around him) and hasn’t handled the two main problems: Himself (laziness/apathy towards building his brand, thinking he can still dabble in the streets) and the company he keeps (nikkaz like Tracy). See how Ern tried to diffuse the situation and him and Tracy wanted to escalate it? nikka, you a big black celebrity on a campus full of white kids and tryna goon it up?

He’s his own worst enemy and a new manager won’t fix that.

I found that scene very interesting when Earn tried to save money on a hotel room and had the fellas stay with them college girls. Made me think of last week when the IG thot told Paper Boi about how he needs to "level up." That, and him getting jumped by the kids who said they followed him since the first mixtape, Paper Boi's guard is up even higher and knows he shouldn't be around that type of bullshyt after last week's episode. The feeling is still fresh because he had the band-aid on his nose. I doubt he told Earn what happened to him, but I wish he would have made it clear to Earn it was better off for all of them to get a room and not stay with some random college girls because of his increasing notoriety

Also, Earn said they were headed to Statesboro? So I guess that school was supposed to be Georgia Southern? Same place where Offset got in trouble

Paperboi is as bad at handling his increasing fame and career as Earn is at being a manager. He just sits back and goes along with everything. If he discussed things with Earn they could avoid a lot of issues. They both lack vision.

You never try and knuckle up it away games. Yeah you might be able to beat they ass but you never know how many of they people is there too or how many gone jump in just cause some outsiders is starting some shyt.

I've been in that exact situation and even though my knuckle game is nice knew it wasn't a risk worth taking on somebody's territory. Plus even if you win, being a famous name they can sue ya ass and now you coming out the pockets over some shyt you can just walk away from.
