He was rockin' with Tracy though.

And that is Paperboi's biggest weakness imo. He's too passive and doesn't have a clear plan for himself.
He think a manager is just gonna handle everything for him and he gonna win but we know what happens when rappers let somebody else think for their every move
Paperboi about to end up broke and scammed out of all his paper by that cac manager.
Clark County probably has his parents behind him helping him guide his career to where he wants to be. Plus he isn't into drugs and shyt, stuff Paperboi is into.
Sidenote: Earn thought he got 2 W's.
1. Saving the hotel money by crashing with that chick
2. Getting Paperboi some p*ssy like Paperboi is in a drought or likes strange women he don't know
he really out the loop on his artist 
Earn might've fared better with Tracy if he took off that durag and fukked up the waves. I bet Tracy is like Samson, the strength is in his hair.

His perspective is flawed in terms of what he thinks the problem is (Ern, the fake society around him) and hasn’t handled the two main problems: Himself (laziness/apathy towards building his brand, thinking he can still dabble in the streets) and the company he keeps (nikkaz like Tracy). See how Ern tried to diffuse the situation and him and Tracy wanted to escalate it? nikka, you a big black celebrity on a campus full of white kids and tryna goon it up?
He’s his own worst enemy and a new manager won’t fix that.

He lame and disingenuous. Seem like a snake type playing up the "good guy #relatable" persona but having goons put hands on a civilian for a situation out of his control.
I know we talk shyt on ppl "keeping it real" all the time, but Clark County just seems like a super fraudulent character.
Yeah yeah rap is all smoke and mirrors blah blah blah.
My question is what has he done to warrant having so many fans in here? He's been on screen for 7-10 minutes max this season

I feel like there was a severe lack of communication between Al and Earn this episode. It wasn't until Al got beat up that he decided to fully accept his status as a famous rapper and all the payoffs that come with it. He should've let Earn know to do better before talking to Clarks manager on the side.

Earn's biggest weakness as a manager is being broke. He didn't get a hotel because he was trying to save a few bucks since all he knows right now is penny pinching. He's ordering kid's meals, sleeping in storage lockers, and applying that same mentality to business. Add in being prideful and you've got a deadly combination.

You know what...originally I came in here about to call Al stupid for turning on Earn
But you know what? Earn should have moved a little smarter instead of trying to save a buck. Ya'll are at the point now where everything needs to be on point or you will either lose money or get harmed.
On the flip side though, Al is fukking UP and having a nikka like Tracy in your circle when you're trying to make major moves is a recipe for disaster. He might be loyal but he is a loose cannon.
