the last two years of vinsanity until his trade, the pape sow/two mike James years and the primo pasta/Jose Calderon years were as bad. Im still living off the wethenorth era who reached its peak
With the 2019 championship. And the 2020 bubble playoffs were enjoyable to watch even though we painfully lost a close and hard fought series against Boston in Round 2.
Last two seasons with Vince and the two bad years until the rise of Chris Bosh in 2006-07. Bad and boring.

The 90s raptors had legitimate excuses for their mediocrity , the Canadian dollar in that era was weak, the sport of basketball was barely existing in Canada compared to now, the raptors back then weren’t (and still aren’t) a desirable destination for quality unrestricted free agents, and finally they were a brand new expansion franchise operating in a rigged league looking to disadvantage small market and Canadian teams as much as possible. Remember the fugazi draft rule for the raptors/grizzlies? In a fair world, the grizzlies stay in Vancouver and draft Tim Duncan.
