Unless they funnel it back into FTX and into them rather than directly to them from the bank. The bank could theoretically claim they cant prove the account holder wasnt the one that deposited it if they wanted to be a$$holes about it I guess but its probably true that this is well known enough that any denials of reimbursement would be a disaster for the bank
