If your service was so-so you get no tip. If your service was good, 10%, excellent service is rare these days so I usually tip mroe than 20%...doesnt happen often though.
Tipping at a bar? lol at that happening in England
Drinks like that are normally $1 no matter which.Tipping is some sucker shyt. Unfortunately, it's some sucker shyt that I participate in, but I haven't allowed myself to be brainwashed into thinking that it isn't some sucker shyt.
It's a complete money grab which has little to do with quality of service. Which is why society uses the % of the bill technique. If I order a shot of Johnny Walker Blue instead of a Johnny Walker Red, why should the tip change?
Society has been conned into subsidizing the restaurant industry's workforce for some reason.
i feel the exact same way. i participate just because but it is indeed some sucker shyt for real.Tipping is some sucker shyt. Unfortunately, it's some sucker shyt that I participate in, but I haven't allowed myself to be brainwashed into thinking that it isn't some sucker shyt.

Christmas tipping? Tipping the UPS driver?
you walk around with change, bruh?I always pay cash as well
Can I get the bill see like 15.55
Leaves exactt 15.55 as I leave the restaurant

But why are you drinking Johnny Red?
i understand people's gripes w the restaurant industry and compensation structure for service people. but why take it out on the wait staff? if you're going to frequent the establishment and line the owner's pockets anyway. i mean let's be real, most people take waiting jobs as a last resort. especially in this economy. most people aren't aspiring to serve food as their career. so why punish these people to spite the owners?
You not tipping the waiter does nothing to hurt the owner cause he got your $60 and he's still only paying the waiter $2-3/hr.
The system won't change because there's a bunch of people willing to jump at the chance for that job.
And saying "Get another job if you don't like it" does nothing, do people thing the waiter job is gonna disappear?
