McCabe just got his head bounced off of the ice in a pointless fight. He has been playing really well and now he’s probably out for a while.

Vancouver just scored 2 goals in like 10 seconds :mjlol:

JT Miller is in the zone tonight. Montreal had a real strong defensive 1st period. They’re falling apart now

No team needs a superstar more than the Habs. They've been such a boring, blah team since their Cup in '93.

Their jerseys and logo, while simple, are one of my favorites in all of sports.

90% of the fanbase hated the JT Miller trade when it was made. :mjlol:

Benning was a bozo and a terrible GM but he struck gold on that deal.

Vancouver's defense corps is so bad outside of Hughes, especially with Hronek injured. It's Hughes and five AHL-caliber defensemen. These scrubs struggle to clear a puck or make basic passes.

I'll never understand why they brought back that bum Myers after his contract finally expired.

They didn’t like the contract or something?
Any team would be lucky to have a player like him.

Lot of belief in the fairy dust around every draft pick being a potential superstar instead of the reality that most don't pan out or become anything special. So the horror of trading a single first round pick to them was like trading Connor McDavid for an "aging" (26 at the time) player in JT Miller.

There were qualms about where they were in the rebuilding process but so many of those bozos thought the only path towards contention was banking on nothing but 20 year olds to lead the way. It was preposterous.
