You probably started season three already. But I would say you should watch season two episodes 6, 9, and 10 (some of episode 7 might be a little interesting to, maybe skim through that one). Episode 6 is a must watch once it gets nighttime. And don’t skip the “previously on From” to kind of get the jist of the lead up to what’s going on. If there’s something interesting looking in the “previously on From”.
