Chaos - The Album
Its kind of like Seinfeld for people with no guts. The most middle of the road TV show imaginable (apart from Brooklyn 99 which is the blandest, safest comedy ever made).
That being said, the show is solidly entertaining. I think the performances from Schwimmer, Kudrow and others made the show, otherwise it would be very forgettable.

Thinking about it, Friends is basically enduringly popular as a result of being safe and appealing to a broad audience.
As far as long running sitcoms go I'd put a lot of stuff above this, but the other appeal of this show was that it was like a soap opera too where there was a running narrative that unfolded. A lot of sitcoms don't bother with this, or they do it very loosely.
