BAMAKO/PARIS (Reuters) - French fighter jets pounded an Islamist rebel stronghold in northern Mali on Sunday as Paris poured more troops into the capital Bamako, awaiting a West African force to dislodge al Qaeda-linked insurgents from the country's north.

The attack on Gao, the largest city in the desert region controlled by the Islamist alliance, marked a decisive drive northwards on the third day of French air strikes, moving deep into the vast territory seized by rebels in April.

Im conflicted about this cause while I think Islamic radalism is a cancer in Africa so is European(Imperalism)..I would be cool with the Islamsti groups if all they did was kidnap/murder European infadels but the fact that they are allegededly brutalizing Africans under the banner of Sharia rubs me the wrong way...Mali running to it's colonial master for help almost makes me want to root of the Islamist tho..I could even live with an modern form of Sharia(such as the form practiced in Sudan) but the fact that these extremist are cutting of limbs and stoning Malians in the name of some ayrab pedophile's premitive penal code negatives in postive feelings I had toward them defending Africa against Western Neo Colonism..fukk French faggits for indescrimently cutting down Malian civilians in the crossfire though..I hope before terrorist are completely dislodged they are able shoot down more French jets, murker more French troops and decapitate the French cacs they are holding hostage.

1. Those who allow Saudi Arabia to the Kings of Islam( Jordan, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain) hate blacks and want nothing to do with them unless they are killed.

2. South Asian Muslims don't get involved in conflicts outside it's borders.

3. Mid East Muslims such as Lebanon and Syria don't get involved with conflicts b.c. they are seen on the international level as "Problem Starters".

The real issue is....Islam isn't the problem here. Why wait til 2001 for Islam to be a problem to the Modern World in Western Gov't eyes? There has been that plan to create divide and conquer strategies in Africa, Middle East and blame it on something while distracted the public from the real issue....stealing Resources.

Malians have been Muslim for 1000 yrs, being Muslims throughout that time didnt result in atrocities against minorities or prevent them from having a tolerant strain of sufi islam or even a secular constitution.
